Facilities & Equipment

Bridge Organics is located in a 9,400 sq.ft R&D building with 5 fully equipped labs with walk-in hoods and a bench-scale lab

Reaction equipment includes: 

• 3 x 50 Liter jacketed glass reactors
• 2 x 100 Liter glass extractor
• 2 ULT-95 low temperature circulator (to -90ºC)
• 4 x 25 liter jacketed glass reactors
• 2 x 22 liter jacketed SS316 reactor (capable to -100ºC)
• 1 x 60 liter glass extractor
• Hydrogenation apparatus (glass reactors up to 3.0 liters and SS316 reactor of 3 liters, Hastelloy 11.5L Autoclave)
• 2 laboratory ozone generators. We now can offer large-scale ozonolysis reactions
• 9 liter and 2 liter Teflon coated anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride reactors. We can now offer custom HF reactions
• Rolled film short path high vacuum evaporator

Analytical equipment includes:

• 500MHz Varian NMR spectrometer
• AC-250 MHz Bucker NMR spectrometer
•  2 HPLC  
• GC 
• Polarimeter
• We  contract out mass-spectrometry and elemental analysis

Laboratory equipment includes laboratory jacketed reactors, volume ranging from 40 to 6,000 ml, constant temperature bath/circulators with programmable/digital controllers, glass vacuum distillation units and other lab equipment.

We have online subscription to CAS SciFinder, access to a University library, and our own scientific library.
