Bridge Organics is located in a 20,500 sq.ft R&D building with 8 fully equipped labs, walk-in hoods, and bench-scale hoods.

Reaction equipment includes: 

• 6 x 50L jacketed glass reactors
• 2 x 100L glass extractors
• 3 x ULT-95 low temperature circulators (to -90ºC)
• 4 x 20L jacketed glass reactors
• 2 x 22L jacketed SS316 reactors (capable to -100ºC)
• 1 x 60L glass extractor
• Hydrogenation apparatus (3 Liter SS316 reactors, Hastelloy 11.5L Autoclave)
• 2 laboratory ozone generators. We now can offer large-scale ozonolysis reactions
• 9 liter and 2 liter Teflon coated anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride reactors, to offer custom HF reactions
• 2 rolled film short path high vacuum distillation units

Large Scale equipment includes: 120L jacketed glass-lined steel reactor 400L jacketed glass-lined steel reactor 400L jacketed Hastelloy C276 reactor 800L jacketed glass-lined steel reactor 50sq/ft Hastelloy reflux/distillation column Scrubber 18" Hastelloy filter 24" Hastelloy filter 24" SS316 filter

Laboratory equipment includes laboratory jacketed reactors, volume ranging from 4 to 6,000 ml, constant temperature bath/circulators with programmable/digital controllers, glass vacuum distillation units and other lab equipment.
